I'm playing Private Leonard L. Church from Red vs. Blue. He's taken from right at the end of Reconstruction, episode 19 when he possesses Maine. So, as Rooster Teeth starts putting out Relocated, Church will not be experiencing events that happen in that new series. Another note is that he curses. A lot. So if you're unnerved by the f-bomb and others, just don't read. Also, he tends to use very extreme pejoratives, like c**t and f****t so if you're sensitive to those, again don't read (ESPECIALLY any threads with Grif). Also, Church has sex a lot. And I mean, a lot. If a thread has porn in it, it will be marked as such. So I don't want to hear if you ruined your virgin eyes reading it. Also, in the 8 months he's been here, he's changed. A little dramatically, yes, but at the core the same person. He's still an asshole to everyone except Grif and Lily and really doesn't care what you think.

Currently, as with his canon update, he is possessing Maine. If you're interested in playing Maine, just contact me and I'll work out something and Church will de-possess him ASAP. My choice as to the Jake Gyllenhaal/Heath Ledger PBs was purely coincidental and nothing is meant by it and no infringement is meant.

Alright. So, there's a problem somewhere with how I'm playing Church. But I haven't gotten any sort of notification of this problem. RPS isn't a really reliable way to convey information. Seriously, it's not. I wouldn't have read it unless I noticed something on the taedium_ooc page. And then it was out of curiosity, not to read about how much I suck at playing him.

One thing I just want to say in my defense first is that Church is still very much a dick. In the series, one thing I thought I saw was that Church was nicer to Tex. Now whether or not that was because he was afraid that she would beat him to death with his own skull or out of some sort of realization that since he's dating her he should have some feelings for once. He displayed this in several episodes and, to me, most clearly in his being saddened by her first death and then in Reconstruction when she seemed to not be coming back. That's just my interpretation, though, so if you think that's blatantly wrong, let me know.

In Church's HMD, anonymous commenting and comment screening is on and IP logging is off. Hell, all his entries are now anonymous on and IP logging off. So feel free to use any of them.

If you have any problem about the way I'm playing, whether it be his characterization or I have terrible grammar or Church curses to much or whatever the problem may be, please let me know through his HMD or contacting me privately through a message, or whatever fits your fancy. What a few people said on RPS was that folks in the community have issues with the Grif/Church thing. I won't get pissed at you if you just use the HMD post.
